These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to https://downitx.com and related services operated by Sulman ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
DownitX is a software-as-a-service platform for bulk video download, organization, subtitle generation, and browser-based editing. Features vary by subscription tier. We may update features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled via the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support.
- Prices are shown at checkout and on the Pricing page.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- We may suspend accounts with failed payments after a grace period.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to download, store, edit, and republish any content you process through DownitX.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the DownitX software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you upload or download. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) may change APIs or block access at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk. Upon termination, access ends; data may be deleted per our retention policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes should first be raised with legal@downitx.com.
