2. Prohibited uses
You may not use DownitX to:
- Download or distribute copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder
- Violate YouTube, TikTok, or other platform Terms of Service
- Harass, defame, or publish illegal content
- Circumvent DRM, paywalls, or access controls you are not entitled to bypass
- Scrape or overload third-party services in ways that harm their infrastructure
- Share account credentials or resell access without a written agreement with us
- Probe, scan, or attack our systems or other users' data
- Use the service for malware distribution, spam, or fraud
3. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content processed through our service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@downitx.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- URL or description of the infringing material
- Your contact information and a good-faith statement
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act
We may remove access or suspend accounts that receive valid infringement claims.
4. Rate limits & fair use
Plans include usage quotas. Automated abuse, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass limits may result in throttling or suspension without refund.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity to authorities. See also our Terms of Service.
