1. Subscriptions
DownitX offers monthly and annual paid plans processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
2. How to cancel
- Self-service: Log in → Dashboard → Billing → open the Stripe customer portal → cancel subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Email: Write to billing@downitx.com from your account email and we will cancel within 2 business days.
3. Refunds
- 14-day satisfaction guarantee (first purchase): If DownitX does not work as described on our marketing pages and support cannot resolve the issue within 7 days, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors.
- Abuse: Refunds may be denied for accounts terminated under our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact billing@downitx.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account closure.
5. Price changes
We will notify active subscribers before material price increases. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
